Excellent value, central location, variety of amenities, large and clean room, really good staff hospitality.

For us, it was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn, thanks to the rooftop restaurant with its amazing view. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel close to the Mall of Emirates with a nice lobby, but the location was far from the city center. The hotel was near the Sharaf DG Metro Station and Emirates mall shopping, which was convenient. The room was okay, but the bathroom had a musty smell. The service and breakfast were good, and there were many options to choose from.

The reception staff was not knowledgeable and took a long time to check us in, even at 1am.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a prime area with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. the staff at the hotel were friendly. They made sure to provide a seamless check-in and check-out process, and their warm hospitality was evident throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, including an Asian station which was a pleasant surprise. The waiters and waitresses were always responsive and made me feel welcomed. Lastly, I was kinda surprised to have been upgraded to an executive room, spacious and had a large bathroom.

The size of the pool, especially when it became crowded with around 10 guests. It felt a bit too small to comfortably accommodate everyone.

Holiday Inn Al Barsha is a hidden gem with excellent amenities, clean rooms, and helpful staff. The location is perfect for exploring Dubai, with the metro and Mall of the Emirates within walking distance. The hotel offers a range of cuisines for room service, and the food is outstanding. The staff, including the front office and travel desk, are professional and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The value for money is exceptional.

Felt completely relaxed throughout the stay, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed in this hotel and it was perfect. It is located in a great area which is in walking distance to the Emirates mall and a few minutes away from the metro station Sharaf DG on the redline which makes it very accessible. The service was top-notch with staff members who greeted me upon arrival and offered their services. They were always willing to help and made sure that I had everything I needed. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed. The restaurant and room service were also great with a wide choice of dishes. I was very happy with my stay here as everything was perfect.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Conveniently located near a train station and shopping center. Spacious and clean rooms furnished with comfortable beds. Rich breakfast with plenty of choices, including an egg cooking station. Friendly and efficient staff who can arrange PCR tests. Good value for the price.

We loved the hotel's wonderful location, very close to Mall of Emirates and an outlet mall. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, including the breakfast served every morning.

There was nothing we didn't like.
